Seems the fine folks at UPS Blog It asked Elefunk developers, Big Head Games whether a Trophy patch for Elefunk was likely, to which the response was:

"We are in discussions with Sony about it but as usual with big companies it takes a bit of time to get approval."

The Xbox 360 is more popular that the PlayStation 3 in the US, and the opposite is true in Japan. That's the way it's been for a long time, until the PS3 started outselling the 360 in the US this year.
